Distributed parameter systems spreadability and evolving interfaces
نویسنده
چکیده
The notion of spreadability was introduced by A. El Jai and al. 1994 [8, 9] to describe some biogeographical problems. An extension (A-spreadability) was given in 1998, Bernoussi [5]. The aim of this paper is to explore some interesting connections of this notion with wavefronts [11] and level set [13]. Also the spray control problem is investigated in connection with tracking interfaces. The results are illustrated by a variety of examples.

Spreading Control for Distributed Parameter Systems
This note contains a description of the concepts of spreadability and feedback spreading control (FSC) for distributed parameter systems (DPS), the approaches used until now along with applications and a list of references to works including peer-reviewed papers, communications to international meetings and theses. Distributed biophysical processes usually involve spreads in space, e.g. biologi...
متن کاملa Simplified Model of Distributed Parameter Systems
A generalized simplified model for describing the dynamic behavior of distributed parameter systems is proposed. The various specific characteristics of gain and phase angle of distributed parameter systems are investigated from frequency response formulation and complex plane representation of the proposed simplified model. The complex plane investigation renders some important inequality cons...
متن کاملStudying Dynamic behavior of Distributed Parameter Processes Behavior Based on Dominant Gain Concept and it’s Use in Controlling these Processes
In this paper, distributed parameter process systems behavior is studied in frequency domain. Based on the dominant gain concept that is developed for such studies, a method is presented to control distributed parameter process systems. By using dominant gain concept, the location of open loop zeros, resulted from the time delay parameter in the process model, were changed from the right half p...
متن کاملPotentials of Evolving Linear Models in Tracking Control Design for Nonlinear Variable Structure Systems
Evolving models have found applications in many real world systems. In this paper, potentials of the Evolving Linear Models (ELMs) in tracking control design for nonlinear variable structure systems are introduced. At first, an ELM is introduced as a dynamic single input, single output (SISO) linear model whose parameters as well as dynamic orders of input and output signals can change through ...
متن کاملIs the Role of Physicians Really Evolving Due to Non-physician Clinicians Predominance in Staff Makeup in Sub-Saharan African Health Systems?; Comment on “Non-physician Clinicians in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Evolving Role of Physicians”
Health workforce shortages in Sub-Saharan Africa are widely recognized, particularly of physicians, leading the training and deployment of Non-physician clinicians (NPCs). The paper by Eyal et al provides interesting and legitimate viewpoints on evolving role of physicians in context of decisive increase of NPCss in Sub-Saharan Africa. Certainly, in short or mid-term, NPCs will continue to be a...
